1, In order to access the options, you will first need to enable or show command bar on IE 9 interface. For this right click on IE 9 interface and select to show command bar.
2, Once you have enabled the command bar – Under Settings, select Toolbars > Disable Add-ons.
3, Under disable addons, you can see which addons are taking more time to load and making IE 9 slow, you can easily disable them by clicking disable button as shown in the image below. You can also use it to warn you if it is taking more than a particular time to load. The default value is 0.2 seconds.
